The Lay Advisory members are comprised of the South Atlantic Conference Administrative Committee (
ADCOM) and 2 members from each of South Atlantic's 177 churches, chaired by Richard Watkins.
The Lay advisory meets twice a year to discuss and comprise goals for the current and upcoming year.
