Hundreds gathered as the South Atlantic Conference repurposed its former headquarters into the Life Space Hope and Wellness Center, an urban lifestyle and wellness hub in the heart of Atlanta. Located across from the conference’s largest Atlanta church and near a daycare, elementary school, and high school, the center is positioned to serve families across generations within one connected campus.
On Feb. 22, the conference’s Community Service Department celebrated the ribbon cutting for Life Space Marketplace, the second phase of a four-phase development plan. Open every fourth Sunday, the Marketplace brings together health professionals, vendors, and community partners to offer outpatient medical care, counseling, nutrition coaching, massage therapy, chiropractic care, financial consulting, legal aid, and immigration services. Guests can also access natural products, IV hydration therapy, natural hair care services, technology classes for older adults, a children’s zone, fitness sessions, a thrift store, and a repair café, along with a juice bar and plant-based café.
The conference is raising funds to fully renovate the building and expand operations into a daily, comprehensive wellness center serving the broader Atlanta community.
