As a part of Pentecost 2025 a Compassion Ministry took place on Sabbath, June 21, 2025 at Cann Park located in Savannah, Georgia.  Under the direction of Pastor Daniel Hall (Compassion Ministry Director) and Pastor Kaggia Scott (the Pastor of West Broad Church),  the members were prepared to witness in a big way.  Through Social Media the community was able to sign up for a diaper giveaway.  This giveaway attracted hundreds of mothers, fathers, and grandparents.   The West Broad members fellowshipped with those who gathered at the park as friendships were made, food was served, and parents received the diapers they signed up for.  We even had extra for some who did not sign up.  Church members  contributed, all brand new, 4 strollers, 4 car seats, 4 cribs, and baby formula.  These items were given away through a drawing.  Parents also brought their babies to be blessed and individual special attention was given to each baby as they were blessed individually.  A prayer table was set up by our Prayer Ministry Department where individuals were prayed for according to their request.  Names and phone numbers were given for future contact.   Our school, Ramah Junior Academy, was represented also to let the community know that Ramah still exists and to enroll their child/children at a school established to prepare little ones for this world and the world to come.  Literature was distributed by our GAP Ministry.  We look forward to sharing our Compassion Ministry more often whether it is at the park, visiting homes, visiting hospitals, or in whatever form the Lord allows.
